Our Work
Proof, not promises.
Here are real engagements with real clients who agreed to put their names on the record, plus the businesses we built and still run ourselves. No invented metrics, no logo walls we have no right to. The clearest proof that the systems work is that the clients kept them after we left.
No pitch. You'll leave with two or three concrete next steps, whether or not we work together.
How we judge our own work
A traditional agency profits from your dependence. We profit from your independence. So we don't measure ourselves by how long a client stays on a retainer. We measure ourselves by whether the work still stands once we're gone: the system still running, the process still documented, the team still able to do the thing without us in the room.
That's also why this page is shorter and quieter than most agency portfolios. We'd rather show you a handful of engagements we can speak about honestly than pad a slide with numbers we can't verify. If you want the full picture, more case studies are available on request, and we're happy to connect you with the people below directly. The standard we hold ourselves to is written out in the manifesto.
Client engagements
Work we've done for clients
Stop Inc
Website buildWe built Stop Inc a website that finally matched the operation behind it, clean, fast, and structured so the team could keep it current without calling us back. Don signed off on the result and stayed in his own driver's seat afterward, which is exactly the outcome we design for.
Mountain Serenity Massage
Website + SEOA new website paired with a search-engine foundation built to keep working on its own. For a local practice like Natalie's, the goal wasn't a one-time traffic spike, it was durable visibility she owns and an online presence she can run herself. The site and its SEO structure were handed over intact.
Morris Marketing Group
SEO partnerWe served as Patrick's SEO partner, the kind of senior, under-one-roof expertise an agency can plug in without rebuilding a department. Proof that the operating layer works both for end clients and for the firms serving them.
Kegball Fundraiser
501(c)(3) eventOnline presence and support for a real 501(c)(3) charity event. Different stakes than a startup, same discipline: set up the infrastructure, make it usable by volunteers, then step back so it runs without us.
Brigitte De Marco
Online presenceWe built the Arizona artist a clear, credible online presence so her work could be found and represented properly. A reminder that a good operating layer scales down to a single creative as cleanly as it scales up to a company.
On the record
In their words, verbatim
Real clients, real names, quoted in full. We'll connect you with any of them on request.
It wasn't an easy task (build a robust, creative website in one month) and ESLR delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. Communication was fantastic and they were highly responsive throughout, with insightful suggestions along the way. 10/10, would hire again.
ESLR developed an amazing website for me. It came out beautifully, it's easy to navigate, and the SEO is great. They were quick and communicative, and went above and beyond to show me what makes a site successful. I highly recommend this true professional.
ESLR was a fantastic SEO partner. Knowledgeable, worked within our budget, and, most important, got the job done and got results fast. Communicative, open, and efficient. I can't wait for our next project.
Your turn
Tell me what's stuck. I'll tell you if I can help.
Every name above started with the same call. If ESLR isn't the right fit, you'll hear that on the call too, along with where I'd point you instead.

Freaky Foot Tours, by the numbers
These are numbers from our own company, not client results, published in its 10-year anniversary announcement on May 1, 2025. We label the source because that's how we'd want anyone to show us proof.

Freaky Foot Tours
Co-founded 2015 · Flagstaff, Prescott, TucsonA walking-tour company that now runs across three Arizona cities without Nick in the day-to-day. Per the company's May 2025 anniversary announcement, it has earned 1,000+ five-star reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, Viator, and Airbnb, been named Best of Flagstaff in 2023 and 2024, and been TripAdvisor's #1 nightlife attraction in Flagstaff three years running. That's the whole thesis in one sentence: the greatest achievement you can have as a business owner is to build yourself out of day-to-day operations.
Flight Club
Co-founded Oct 2019Co-founded in October 2019 and bootstrapped deliberately, without outside money. Proof we sweat the operating fundamentals on our own dime before we ask a client to.
Con Smania
Retreat center, Costa RicaA retreat center Nick built on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, designed to run day to day without him on the property. It proved the operating discipline travels across countries, industries, and time zones, not just spreadsheets.
In the press
Read the coverage yourself
The press below covers Freaky Foot Tours, our own venture, plus Nick's local recognition. Each item is labeled for what it is: earned coverage, an announcement we published, or a broadcast conversation.
Where the at-scale experience comes from
Before ESLR, Nick spent years doing market launch and expansion work at scale: City Coordinator at Uber from June 2015 to April 2016, opening markets across Northern and Western Arizona and assisting the Las Vegas launch; Director of Expansion at Titan Urban Transportation from 2017 to 2018; Expansion Manager on Lime's early expansion team from June 2018 to December 2019, rolling out cities across the US; and Expansion Expert at Sealed from October 2021 to December 2022, launching Chicago, Wisconsin, and Philadelphia. Those are prior roles, not ESLR client engagements, but they're where the playbook was forged. "Nick brought execution and pure hustle grounded by a strong sense of mission to Lime," said Andrew Savage, VP and a founding team member there. He was also recognized in the Arizona Daily Sun's 20 Under 40. We keep that history separate from our client work on purpose, because conflating the two is exactly the kind of thing we'd call out if a client did it. The full story is on the about page.
