An Arizona fractional COO who actually operates here.
Eat Sleep Launch Repeat is based in Flagstaff and works with owner-led companies across Arizona: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Tucson, Sedona, Prescott, and the mountain towns in between. The work is the same everywhere (documented systems, real delegation, trained leaders), with one difference from the national firms: I've built and run companies in this state since 2015.
My operating history is Arizona history: early Uber market operations across Northern and Western Arizona starting in 2015, and Freaky Foot Tours, the walking-tour company I co-founded, running today in Flagstaff, Prescott, and Tucson. When an Arizona owner tells me about seasonal labor, tourism swings, or the Phoenix-versus-everywhere-else split, they're describing my own calendar.
No pitch. You'll leave with two or three concrete next steps, whether or not we work together.

Who this serves
Arizona's owner-led companies
The engagement fits any owner-led business where the operation still routes through one person. In Arizona that pattern shows up in a few recognizable shapes:
- Phoenix and Scottsdale service companies scaling past the founder's span of control: trades, professional services, healthcare-adjacent, home services
- Tucson and Flagstaff businesses where one owner is the sales team, the scheduler, and the quality department at once
- Tourism and hospitality operators across Sedona, Flagstaff, and the corridor towns, the vertical I run in myself (the tourism page speaks that language)
- Startups anywhere in the state that need senior operations leadership without a full-time executive hire (the startup page covers that shape)
The Arizona advantage
Why local matters for operations work (and when it doesn't)
Honestly: most of this work travels fine over video, and I serve owners nationwide. But Arizona engagements get three things the remote version can't fully match.
First, in-person time. Assessments on your floor, training in your break room, and working sessions at your actual operation, anywhere from Phoenix to Flagstaff. Second, ground truth. I know Arizona's seasonal labor rhythms, its tourism economy, and the operating difference between a Valley business and a mountain-town one, because I run companies in both. Third, the network is local: when the honest answer to your bottleneck is a hire, a bookkeeper, or a specialist instead of me, the referral is an Arizona referral.
The systems themselves are the same ones documented across this site: SOPs and process documentation, project management, AI integration, and the rest of the operating layer, installed with a defined exit. A traditional agency profits from your dependence. We profit from your independence.
