Free self-audit for operators · 2 minutes · nothing gated
How good is your tour, really?
Ten questions across the five dimensions that decide whether an experience wins its market: the guest arc, the review engine, distribution, pricing, and differentiation. Written by an operator who has been scored nightly by the public for ten years. Your score appears immediately, no email required.
Rather talk it through first? Skip the questions and tell Nick where the experience underperforms.

About this free self-audit
Is the Experience Scorecard really free?
Yes. All ten questions and your full score are free and ungated: no email, no account, nothing to download. Your answers stay in your browser. The optional field at the end sends your score to Nick only if you choose to.
What does the scorecard measure?
The five things that decide whether an experience wins its market: the guest arc from discovery to follow-up, the review engine, distribution across booking channels, pricing discipline, and differentiation. They are the same five dimensions a paid engagement works on, which is the point: the free version shows you where to look.
What should I do with my score?
Each result band names the first move that usually returns the most for tours at that stage, and the button on your result carries the score into the contact form so you do not have to retype it. If the honest answer is that you should fix things yourself first, the band says that too.
Who built the scorecard?
Nick Jones, co-founder of Freaky Foot Tours, a walking-tour company operating in three Arizona cities with 1,000+ five-star reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, Viator, and Airbnb, per its May 2025 anniversary announcement. The questions come from ten years of being scored nightly by the public.
An honest note: this is a self-audit, not a diagnosis. Ten questions cannot ride your tour, but they can show you where to look. Your answers stay in your browser; nothing is collected or sent anywhere unless you choose to send your score to Nick.
