Let's talk about what you're trying to build yourself out of.

Tell me what's stuck, the part of your business that still won't run without you, and I'll tell you honestly whether ESLR is the right fit. The fit call is free, and I reply to every inquiry within two business days, usually sooner. Start with the short form below, or email me directly if that's easier.

No pitch. You'll leave with two or three concrete next steps, whether or not we work together.

You don't need a polished brief. A few honest sentences are plenty: what won't happen unless you do it yourself, and where you want the business to be in 6 to 12 months. Nick reads every message himself. No intake bot, no junior account rep.

Nick brought execution and pure hustle grounded by a strong sense of mission to Lime. He saw opportunities to grow Lime's reputation and impact even as he was successfully opening new markets, he'd be an asset to any team.

The standard, lived

Nick co-founded Freaky Foot Tours in 2015; it now runs in three Arizona cities without him in the day-to-day. Per its May 2025 anniversary announcement: 1,000+ five-star reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, Viator, and Airbnb.

What happens next

Three steps, no runaround

Here's exactly how the first stretch goes after you reach out.

  1. 01

    1. You reach out

Use the form above, or send a few lines by email. A real person, me, reads every message, and you'll hear back within two business days, usually sooner. No intake bot, no junior account rep.

  2. 02

    2. A free fit call

We talk through what's actually slowing you down and where you want to get to. No pitch: I'll tell you straight whether ESLR is the right fit, and if it isn't, I'll point you somewhere that is. Either way, you leave with two or three concrete next steps.

  3. 03

    3. A scoped plan with an exit

If we move forward, I map the engagement to a defined goal and a graduation point, the moment ESLR becomes unnecessary. You'll know what we're building and how it stays after I'm gone.

Read first, talk later

Not ready for a call yet?

That's a fine way to start. Most owners read for a while before they reach out, and this site is built for that. These pages answer the questions people usually bring to a first fit call.

Before you book

A few things people ask first

Is the fit call really free?
Yes. The fit call is free and there's no obligation. It's a working conversation about your operations: if we're a fit, we'll talk next steps; if we're not, you'll still leave with two or three concrete next steps you can run on your own. There is no pitch deck on the other end.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. Just be able to describe the bottleneck that keeps pulling you back into the day-to-day, where you want the business to run without you in 6 to 12 months, and anything you've already tried. We'll do the rest together on the call.
Do I have to be local to Flagstaff?
No. I'm based in Flagstaff, Arizona, and I work with founders and teams across the country, mostly remotely. The systems we install (SOPs, AI workflows, project management, trained leaders) travel just fine. If you're in Northern Arizona we can meet in person; everyone else gets the same senior attention over video.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Owner-led companies where too much still runs through one or two people, usually the founder. If your goal is to build durable infrastructure that stays after the engagement ends, rather than to rent an agency indefinitely, we'll probably get along. We are not a fit if you want to permanently outsource a function: the whole model is building capability inside your team and leaving.
How fast will I hear back?
Within two business days, usually sooner. I read and reply to every inquiry myself, so you get a real answer from a real person, not an auto-responder. If you ask for a call, my first reply will include times to choose from.
What if I'm not sure I need a partner yet?
That's a fine place to start. Send a few lines anyway, or take the Operations Scorecard on this site for a quick read on how well the business runs without you. The whole point of ESLR is to make myself unnecessary, so I'd rather have an honest conversation about whether you need outside help at all than sell you something you don't.
